As an Executive Coach in Boulder, Colorado since 2002, I have helped leaders, entrepreneurs, solopreneurs and innovators achieve their professional goals .
By providing practical feedback, a blend of conventional and creative approaches, and methods for accelerating growth or getting "unstuck," my clients resolve current problems and long-standing patterns to reach their fullest potential.
Prior to becoming a coach, I lived and worked in Beijing, China for more than a decade. I gained extensive experience in international management and marketing as the General Manager of two different divisions of a Fortune 500 company's China operations. Working as an expat executive in a developing country, I know how isolating the life of a leader and manager can be.
I've also experienced those junctures in life – like the "quarter life crisis”, learning to manage up and motivate teams across cultures and business sectors, as well as starting my own business – when I've felt stuck. And I've learned, first-hand, that "stuck" need not be a permanent state of being.
I've developed tools that help leaders determine their professional trajectory and move toward their big goals.
